Hello all,

I am new to the forum as well as new to the Expedition world. I recently purchased my 2021 Expedition with the B&O 12 speaker system. I am looking to add a powered sub to give it a little more low end bass but I cant find a wiring spec anywhere. I am looking for wiring diagrams and factory amp locations (how many are there). All I need is speaker wire color codes, and where to tap into them. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Here you go. I pulled the signal from the OEM sub to add subs in my truck and use an LC2i to get rid of the bass-roll off. I know the proper way of doing it is with a KEY-LOC or equivalent, bit works just fine for me as it is.

Great! Thank you. Just to be clear, you went directly from the factory sub wiring and not the factory amp. Is there only one amp for this system? The one behind the sub enclosure? Thanks.

I have an F150, so it may be a bit different, but in my truck, there is only one DSP which powers most of the speakers including the sub and the ACM behind the touchscreen powers 4 of the speakers total 18 speakers. Based on the wiring diagram I sent you, the DSP powers the sub in your truck like mine. In my truck, the DSP and sub are right next to each other behind the rear seat, so I just grabbed the signal from the sub because I could see the wires and they were very easily accessible.
