2023 expedition headlight replacement

My wife got into a little accident with our 2023 expedition. Got a little crack in the headlight and I'm looking to replace myself with OEM. Anybody have a manual on how to remove the driver side headlight? Thanks in advance

You have to drop the front bumper. I think there is a factory instructions someone posted in this forum.

Radiator Grille must also be removed.

Three bolts. One topside, one leg behind the fender, and a lower leg by the grille.

Well, I suggest you set aside most of a day to this job, because it is a chore to say the least....it's not the removal & reinstall that takes so long, it's getting to the places where the screws are....you practically have to disassemble most of the front of the vehicle to get to said screws, after that it's pretty simple

It's really not that bad. I've had the headlight out within 45 minutes. The toughest part is the retaining clips for both the grille and the bumper if they having never been removed before. The grille will question your sanity when trying to pop from the clips that mount and hold it to the HL's. Then the bumper clips in the middle section are a little bit of a bear to let go especially if trying to remove it on your own. Try to do this with another pair of hands as it'll take some persuasion. Definitely use painters tape around the painted surfaces such as the fender to avoid a "whoops!".
