Still don’t have a vin after ordering a limited 302 on 3 Oct. Found this 22 limited mac 4x4 on the local lot that has a lot of extra crap I don’t necessarily need or want which jacks the price up nearly 10k. It also has 130 miles on it already. Really wish I had some idea on when Ford is gonna give me a vin.

I have my ‘23 Expy in the garage. I just got a phone call from the dealer that I originally tried to order from (and could not get a confirmation that it happened). He said that they just unloaded the one I spec’ed from the truck and did I still want it? Said they would not offer it to anyone else until I decided. I told him to go ahead and sell it, I do not need two. If anyone is interested, it is not up on their web site yet, but what I specified is a 304a Limited SPP with HD Tow, 15.5” screen, 4x4, ESD, CCD. Stokes Hodges Ford in Aiken, SC. Note that mine (identical spec) has a payload of 1610 pounds, so it is a bit heavy as equipped.

Our 2023 timberline has a payload of 1611.

Got a couple of messages one of which said the car was set to be produced the week of 12/19. Then nothing, no change on the order page. The other day received an email saying there was a delay and they'll get back to me every 45 days. Got the call from the dealer today that it was built on 12/23 and they are waiting for it to be transported to the dealer. Not sure why such a difference in the communications.

It's worth the wait! You'll love the color! I didn't get the 15.5" screen though, wanted some physical buttons.

I hope the color looks good. Wanted something other than black or white and they changed the red for 2023 and we didn't think we would like the new red. Just got notified the car shipped and they expect it at the dealer 1/20-1/26. Seems they were delayed on the website with updates, assuming because of the holidays. Now I have to plan trade in and picking it up in Atlanta. Ordered through a friend's dealership.

Very excited that my order of 2023 Limited Stealth w/o SPP will be coming in soon. It is off the train awaiting truck shipment from a few hrs away. Mine is a Dark matter Metallic. drove a 2022 last week at another dealer and the color in pictures does not do it justice. It is one of the best lookin trucks ive seen. Can’t wait!!
