Excellent work! P.S I do think you may want to re-seat the headlights on the bottom however as it looks like they are both a little outward. It takes a few tries to get them right I dealt with that same thing when I had the front clip off of mine. I had to tap them into place.

Thanks. I might need to set the bottom of my grill out a little. I only removed the drivers side light to get to the running light, and of course the grill. I didn't notice it until you pointed it out. Now it's going to drive me nuts

OK, so I got out and made some adjustments per JExpidition07's observation. Had to realign the drivers side light as it wasn't in the lower inside mount completely. Had to adjust the lower part of the grill on the passenger side as the grill was not completely set on the tab. All better now and I can sleep well tonight! Thanks for the constructive criticism.

Finally warm enough in KC to get the Expy washed and snap a few pics.
Thinking about deleting those running board steps. Not sure I like the bare look without them though. I know the automatic running boards can be a pain but I like the clean look they provide when closed.

I forget exactly how much. $1100-$1200 or so.

this is actually the 3rd vehicle this rack has been installed on. Great rack. Expensive, yes. But built to last. Depending on what kind of vehicle I get after this truck, it’ll either get transferred to that vehicle or be sold for a bunch of money.

I had to add a 4th row to mine since we got custody for 4 more kids. Total now is 10. Eventually want to do more to my truck but that has slowed for some reason.
