4x4 malfunction and Drive mode unavailable 2019 Expedition

Hi, My name is Jaime. I purchased a 2019 Expedition Limited about a year ago, in the island of Puerto Rico, from a the main Ford Dealer in the island, with only 14,300 miles on it. Right now is just over 22,000 miles. I try to play with the Mode Select dial, and place it to grass/mud, and immediately gave me a 4x4 disable and then mode drive unavailable. Also tried to place it 4x4 directly at a stop, the 4A light came on, however, when I put gas to move forward, also gave me a 4x4 unavailable.
Any ideas?
According with the dealer, gave a DTC TCCU 4x4module code, and they will probably have to measure wiring harness and check the TCCU. Please advise…
