5.4 with 300k smokes

I have 300k miles and I smoke when running. Using around 4 quarts every oil change (5k). Know stem seals are bad but wondering if I should put new rings in also

Yes and a rebore or honing of cylinder walls but that is a pretty worn engine.

That's what I have been debating. Runs great other than using and burning oil
