Hello, I have had my 2004 NBX for about 4 yrs. I have recently noticed that when accelerating up a hill the a/c blows less and less untill its not blowing at all. I also hear a noise that sounds like grinding from somewhere in front of the drivers side. As I crest the hill and begin going down the back side the blowing comes back and the noise goes away. I did read on blog on another site that mentioned something in the transmission. But unsure since the a/c is affected. Can anyone help me with this?? Greatly appreciated!!
I tested out some other driving conditions. The a/c cuts off when in heavy acceleration and once ant a cruise speed it comes back on. Could this be a vacuum problem or is it a compresor problem??
