A/C question

My 08 XLT has the manual temperature control. I have noticed that occasionally the vents on the passenger side of the dash blow cold air and the vents on the driver side blow warm air. Sometimes it corrects itself on its own and other times I turn the A/C off and back on to get it to work right. Is this a blend door actuator issue? If so, which one?

Is yours dual zone? If so then the driver side actuator is having a problem.
