A Good Deal?

I'm looking at a 2010 XLT 4X4 with 46K miles. I can get it for $21,999. Does that sound about right? Anything I should know about with a 2010 Expedition? Common problems that I should check? Thanks in advance for any information you can offer. I look forward to hopefully becoming an active member here.

I'm sure someone will chime in. The price looks spot on in kbb I think paint bubbling maybe an issue not sure I have an 04. Good luck looks nice
