Activating 7 Pin Connector

I just purchased a used 2005 Expedition with an OEM tow package. The brake controller install went well, but I have no power to the 7 pin trailer connector. What has to be done in terms of fuses and relays to get the connector functioning? Apparently the former owner didn't use the tow package.

As a follow-up, the problem was determined to be in the 4 pin connector just ahead of the 7 pin socket for the trailer wiring connection. One or two of the pins corroded off as a result of road salt damage even though the 7 pin connector was never used and looked good. The solution was just remove it all, and install a new combination 4 and 7 oin socket connection. All is well. Thank you for your help.
