alternator?

I'm trying to found out how many amps the alternator is rated at for my 2003 5.4L XLT. I read somewhere that Ford trucks have a 130 amp alternator, does anybody know if this is accurate? 130a seems pretty big for stock.

I would also like to know. 130A does seem a little to much for a stock alternator.

They are 130 amp stock. I upgraded to 200.
