Hey, new here, just saying hi. Picked up an 07 XLT regular length Expy on the day after Christmas. I love this thing! This spring I will be swapping in the melling oil pump and doing all the timing parts. It doesn't have any phaser noise yet, so trying to get ahead of the curve. Currently 140k on the clock and going to pull the engine when I do that project. It has the usual broken exhaust studs as well. It looks like the easiest way to do everything at once will be to pull it out, freshen everything up, do all the needed parts and stuff it back in. Other than spark plugs, leaking timing tensioners, VCT solonoid, oil pump and broken manifold studs, does anyone have any other parts that should be done while it is out on an engine stand? Thanks!
