Found this site researching fuel problem on 2005 Expedition. I have a 2005 Eddie Bauer which cranked but didn't start. I actually first found the answer on an F150 site. Same part similiar mount. The FPDM was bad. I took mine off to have a look. It was easy to do. Removed the spare and there she was mounted to a bracket on the frame. Looked good on inspection. Took it off and found the back to be corroded. After removing the crud I found a hole. Looking inside you could see the green circuit board had fried and was black. Just ordered a new one out of a dealer in California. He said this part is still not easy to get, but there are more available now.
