Any aftermarket Y-pipes?

I can't seem to find any aftermarket y-pipe options... I don't want to eliminate the cats, but more worried about where the factory Y collector is. Dynomax (among others) makes a 3" intermediate pipe for after that piece to the muffler, and of course a tailpipe.

F150 guys (with 5.4s) are using this piece to make a custom y-pipe:

Has anyone done this, or found another option?

Just a thought, but you could probably have an exhaust shop fabricate one for pretty close to that price, and at least for the shop I use, they will take and measure to make sure it will fit correctly.
