Volt on the dash would drop from normal to low when I come to a stop. I got home and parked the truck. Came back out and she doesn't want to turn over.. I put a jump box on it and came up to 9volts, turned the box on and jumped to 12.6. So I headed over to pepboys and had them replace it. She looks good now. But my question is, now that I have replaced to alternator, my dash and running board light look like they pulse in a way. What could be the problem now??? Thanks

Electrical connections - possible broken wire that doesn't show from the outside.

Troubleshooting time, how are you with electrical work?

Does it only pulse at idle?

Not a big fan of electrical. That's why I had it checked out. I don't know the name of the alternator replaced. Nothing but problems with this ford.

My truck is doing the same thing with pulsating lights. Stopped when I changed the alternator but now its back. Thinking its poor quality regulator. Drive works special...
