Anyone come across trash container that fits 'here'?

I guess I asked the wrong people. I didn't think that I was the only person aware of auto trash containers of such a size as it would absolutely not interfere with a small woman's control ability--but then who am I to understand all the ways of the Ford forum cognoscenti ;-)!.

The issue would/could be that you're intentionally placing garbage in your footwell, so if you miss the receptacle you could cause a problem with something important like your brake pedal. If it were on the passenger side, that would seem safer to me. I'm not judging as I'm in no position to do so, just thought I'd mention the possible concern. But hey, if you find something you like, let us all know what it is and how it works for you.

I think a trash container with a hook on the side just might fit by hooking onto the side of the ledge in the image.

Seen anything that might work?
