Anyone know how to separate the door handles?

anyone know how to separate the door handles from the 03-06 Expeditions/Navigators, i know how to get it off the door, but how do i separate the door handle (part that you pull) from the bucket

if you don't understand what I'm saying let me know and i'll post up a picture

thanks i thought you would know how lol well i have 3 OEM navigator handles just need the 4th one but i can't get them to separate!!

I'll be taking my doors off in the next week or so and I'll try and figure it out...
