Anyone know where this is and how I would replace it?

I realize I will likely have to go to the dealer for programming (very unhappy). Any idea how much that will run these days?

I have the original Sync (non touchscreen stereo).

Milkman, the Accessory Protocol Interface Module is located beneath the front floor console. It is retained by 4 screws, secured into the console housing.
