I have the 4Dtech one on my 2025 Tremor Expedition and the installation took about a minute as it just requires 2 connectors underneath the steering wheel to be unplugged from a module on the firewall and plugged back in line with the eliminator. I also used one zip tie to secure it to the firewall to keep everything out of the way.

Of course I just checked and it's out of stock again. They do have notification service that will email you when it is back in stock.

I also installed the 4D Tech on our 2025 Platinum Max SPP. Love it, no issues at all, quick and easy to install. I had to enter my email and wait for restock notification. 100% do again.

It plugs between the phone charger and the charger plug. Takes a couple minutes to install.

I'm a new 2025 Expedition Tremor owner and newer Forscan user but I have a considerable amount of computer experience for a late Boomer generation member. When jcroman73 stated he did it but couldn't recall the steps I found it debatable but not impossible. I have spent a considerable amount of time trying to find a method but as you all are aware, it ain't easy. I found a simple solution which would disable it but it also gave you a battery low voltage error and corresponding red battery dash light. In the BdyCM module non as built.

After reading this post I spent some time using jcroman73's "method" of "by opening each one, but just open each one that can be programmed and look through the list. You will see start/stop and want to disable all of them. It takes it completely off the screen."

He's close but not quite accurate. I'll specify below in the changes I made.

Here's what I found when I went line by line through all of the non as built configurable modules. As of several hours ago and about 30 miles traveled I have a disabled "Auto Stop Start" system and no error codes or DTC codes. Not all these stated they were "Auto Stop Start" system orientated and I make no claim that they are all for that system or that this will work in the long run. If I run into issues I'll try to update this forum post.

Where jcroman73 was inaccurate was in the BdyCM BMS / Auto Start Stop system disablement.

This is the one reference I did not disable because if you do it causes a Battery Management System (BMS) battery low voltage error and corresponding red battery dash light.

As I said , no guarantees since I don't know wtf I'm doing and I'm just a hack n slash trial n error Boomer programmer so if I'm wrong, tell me but don't hang me out to dry.
