Blend door???

I have a 2009 Expedition Limited with auto climate control and I hear a lod clicking soound behind the dash, after startup, or when lowering temperature. I puuled the radio, removed the blend door actuator, but the sound persists. Not sure where to go from here...

Is it coming from the other actuator? Do you have dual climate control?

If you don't mind, don't throw away the old one. I will pay for shipping if you end up changing it out. I would like to build a gear with my 3d printer then I could sell them here at a fraction of the price of a new one.
