I got new cop sitting in cylinder #3 but it won’t sit all the way down. Causing all types of rpm/idle/performance issues. I need this brass insert to come off. Or can I just purchase 1 and glue it back in or can I pull 1 from a junker if so what steps do I take in order to remove it. IMG_3052.jpeg

You are going to have to separate that brass insert from the COP and epoxy it back into the manifold somehow while keeping the threads and the well of the manifold clear of epoxy.

Someone over-tightened that bolt. It looks a bit long, but maybe not if tightened properly.
