Broken wires in visor - drivers side. 2017 Expy -How to repair?

The wires broke off short in my visor. Don't believe it is possible to repair the visor itself. Anyone ever replace one with garage door(s) opener? Really poor design. A little piece of shrink tubing would have protected the wires.

I had my headliner down, and had to remove both visors. Three screws in each and an electrical connector. You would likely need to reprogram the buttons.
