Chrome Tow Hooks

I'm looking into getting some F-150 chrome tow hooks for my Expedition and was wondering what years would work. When looking at the Ford parts catalog that any late model F-150 should work just fine.

Also did any F-150's actually come with a hook instead of a solid loop?
