Climate Control only blows in the "Floor/Defrost" mode

I can't figure out why this is happening. I checked the fuses & all are ok. The A/C & aux. A/C work, but it will not change to any other mode of blowing (i.e. Panel, Floor, etc.). I know that my good old "89 Mustang uses vacuum pressure to regulate the heat & A/C controls...is this the sam on the Expy?

I tried to see if I could locate any vacuum connection under the dash (without removing anything) but could not find any.

make sure you pull off the control knob make sure it';s not stripped of cracked. i learned the hard way that the knobs crack and dealt with ac during the winter and it was a simple fix.make sure its acutually turning the lever at the other end of the know. turn it with a plier if you have too.

have you replaced the battery lately?
under the battery is a vacuume ball or caister
if you put the battery in and droped it in you
might of broken it
