Cold air intake

I'm looking for a cold air to put on my 99 4.6. But i'd rather not spend 400 bucks on one. Whats a decent one that doesn't cost me up the ying yang.

The local place has some 'Reactive Superflow' intakes. Are they any good?

Personally I don't think there's much difference between the cold-air ones.

Just make sure it's got a good filter...
