Cruise and adjustable pedels not working

Let me start by saying I’m new to this forum and I have a 99 Eddie Bauer Expy with 125K miles. Recently I noticed the cruise control won’t engage and the adjustable foot pedals are not adjusting. Checked all fuses in the truck and at the junction box, all were good. Cigarette lighter and OBD II connector are also not working. Any help as to where to start looking would be great

Well good news and bad news. Got the cigarette lighter and OBD II port working. Turned out to be fuse number 3 wasn't getting a good connection. I put a shim in and now working fine. Cruise and adjustable pedals still not working. Now on the the bad news, before I had a chance to look at anything I developed a miss in at least one of the cylinders. Waiting for the CEL to come on and I'm headed to AutoZone to get the codes.
