I have a 04 expedition that the cruise, radio and power windows all stopped at the same time. can't get any window to go up or down, radio will not come on and cruise will not work. checked all of the fuses I can and the all are good. Anyone have any ideas on what may be causing the problem, heard something about a GEM module but I have no idea what that is or where it is located. Any help would be greatly appreciate. Trying to help a widow out.

How did you test the fuses? Have you seen the sticky in the electrical section about how to check fuses?

I pulled the fuses and checked them with my fluke meter, they read .1 Ohm, also checked the voltage at the fuses with same meter and I have voltage on both sides of the fuse post.

You would be surprised at the amount that just pull them, look at them and say they looked good.

In order for us to check the prints would you tell us which fuses you checked Fuse # please

Do you have dual controls IE controls mounted on the steering wheel?

I had a similar problem and it turned out to be a broken switch that was stuck constantly in the ON position in the steering wheel control cluster. I changed out both steering wheel switching modules and that fixed it.

Was going nuts for three months looking over the diagrams to figure out how that disabled my windows never finding anything so I gave up since it was fixed and I had no means to actually troubleshoot it.
