If I were here, you would know it !
Well, funny you should mention this, as it has happened to my 011 recently...

It started in July '25, AC on full blast, I could feel the coldness, but zero air flow, checked the heat as well, could also feel it but no airflow either.

My local stealership said the connector for the blower motor was corroded & loose. Their solution was to clean it, apply some dielectric grease & reassemble.....~$350......worked good until early Dec '25.....

Took it back to the same place, this time they said the blower motor was shot, and the wiring harness had melted, and replaced both.....another $1450 or so....which worked good until March '26....note that I had to pay for the motor & harness up front ($1K) so they could order them from the factory cause they are considered "special order items"

So figuring that "3rd time's a charm" I took it in again, and this time they said that the resistor that controls the blower motor speed was fried, mainly due to the sloppy-assed wiring job from Dec, where the "tech" had cut the wires on the harness & used crimp connectors & electrical tape to put it back together, which significantly increased the resistance in the circuit (instead of replacing the harness again) and caused the issue.....

I made it VERY, VERY clear to the service manager that I was NOT gonna pay for this same repair again, seeins how it was the 3rd visit for essentially the same problem that should & could have been fixed back '25 if the work had been done properly....

He seemed uncomfortable about it, but when the lady called to say that it was ready, she said "no charge"....which was a huge relief, cause I really did not want have to fight with them about it, or file a complaint with FoMoCo HQ, the BBB, and state Attorney General's office, which I as fully prepared to do...

Note that there could be other things that cause no airflow, like a relay or other bad wires, loose connections, poor grounding ect, so don't rule those out too....

Good luck with your repairs !

The dashboard airflow on our 2016 suddenly stopped working.
Any suggestions to repair would be appreciated.

And

Look under the glovebox and examine the wiring harness and connector. Good chance the connector is burned or melted. You can wiggle the connector to see if the HVAC front fan begins to run.

There are numerous posts on this forum about the front HVAC fan not running and the wiring issues.

You may want to do a search and some reading.

There is also a safety recall to replace the front HVAC blower motor, which may catch fire. You can research the recall at: NHTSA.gov

Best wishes.

My 2017 blower motor was replaced as part of the Recall, but I never had any issues with it from new.
