Decal design!

OK guys, we've been treading water for some time on this subject. Nobody has nailed down a design they like so how about this. The Ford oval shape with ExpeditionForum.com inside in the same font as the top of the forum?? Available in pretty much any color you want. We did this for FordFullSize.com and here is what it looks like. Thoughts?

Nice... but I like the idea of just 'ExpeditionForum.com' in a white vinyl. But anything will work for me. Beggars can't be choosers. Am I right? Or even the negative of that design.... Having the letters white and the oval background clear or black.

i have no issue with making a text only style and a logo style as long as its aproved by the admin.

there did seem to be alot a positive response to the design i suggested, i also had it made and put on my expy, its under the exterior forum

this one? it's cool, but not sure if it's everyone's cup of tea. up to you guys. we can do the oval and a plain text version to give some options.

Looks pretty good. I am not keen on just the name in white letters, I think it needs to have at least a little design to it.

I think we should do a poll on maybe 3-4 designs that got positive feedback and then vote on it. Most votes = the decal design.

legaly cant use the ford logo unless you get permission from ford to do so. and they arnt going to let it be used in the decal i can tell you that from past atempts

Just noticed this thread, is this taken care of yet? If we are still in need of a logo I will put some time into it tonight or tomorrow. Been a GD for a long time and I love branding and designing this kind of thing. Just offering some time if needed.

Just sent in an idea for the logo, we will see if the powers that be toss it up here for everyone to check it out.
