Been looking for a covert location to install an amp.
Getting the grief on the budget so decided to see if I could hide a old amp I had inside my console.

Found a thread on another forum and pics that made me think it would fit

So after a little bit of time struggling with the console I got it off and the amp fits great.

A lot of people are always asking how much room is under there. Not much but enough.

Hope to hook it up on Wed.

Thats what it looks like. Why didnt you put the amp in the rear passenger side panel on the inside. Thats where the stock amp sits

The biggest reason I didn't put it in the stock location is because it won't fit.

You can see in the picture the amp is 11 x 10 and the stock cavity will only take a 8 x 6 at best.
