Door Lock Switch in Rear Compartment - 2006 Eddie Bauer

Hi,

I used to have a 1998 Explorer. In the very rear when you open the tail gate, there was a switch to lock or unlock the power door locks. I have a 2006 Eddie Bauer, and was disappointed to find that it didn't have the same switch. I'm pretty sure some Expeditions have this. What is this switch, and is this something that can be installed? If it can be installed, is there already wiring in place?
