I did my 1/4 last night and got my new personal best of 17.4---- not bad for stock gears and 37s...lol

stock 3.73.... if I ever get the extra cash gonna go with 4.88s like I had in my old 97 F150 on 38s

so with my 3.55 im just a little quicker...you go that high...there goes the MPG's

no because the larger tires reduces the affect of higher gears.... so basically going to higher gears on larger tires the proportion stays fairly close and in reality would be like you going from 3.55s to 3.73 or 4.11s.... but FYI on my old 97 with 10" lift and 38x15.5 swamper TSL radials... with 4.88s on a non-PI 4.6 I could get 17-18 mpg on the highway going from NNY to NJ..
