electrochromatic mirror

I'm a new 2006 expedition owner. Vehicle came with an electrochromatic installed, but inop. It came attached to vehicle but not purchased as an option. Anybody know how to activate it? The wire coming out of the ceiling panel is pluged in.

Does the little green light come on when you push the power button? I think it just takes power to the connector..... you could trace it back and see if it is unplugged elsewhere. Maybe they charged extra to put the fuse in the fuse panel for it......LOL
