everything works but headlights and fog

i have a 2002 ex heater core went out so i replaced it......the 8 hour job went smooth and i thought everything was fixed come to find out my headlights and fog lights don't work every other thing works n luckily the high beams were still working.......i have checked all my fuses and have come to the conclusion that i left something unplugged behind the dash but hope not please help need sum ideas

jimmy, if the running lights are working, then it isn't a plug issue atleast at the headlight switch. I would say to see if you have 12 VDC on the white/black wire when attempting to use the fog lights. If you do, then you have a problem with the relay for the fog lights or the fuse going to the relay is toast. if you don't have 12 VDC, then your problem lies in the dash somewhere.
