I just got done replacing my steering column and now my expi will not start. I checked all wiring and connections to the column, checked battery cables 3 times, moved the steering wheel around while trying to start and nothing... All dash lights come on like normal and everything else works as normal. I had the expedition started and running right before I switched out the column, so I know the battery and starter is good. There is no power even going to the starter to make it click...
Would it have to do with some security thing that is not letting it start? Would something need re-programmed beings it is a used column out of another expi? Could the key that came with the used column need programmed to my Expi?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Got it figured out!! It must of been that the key from the used column that needed to be programmed. Instead I just took out the tumbler from my original column and then put it into the used column using the original key and walla it started! Thanks everyone though who at least checked out the post! I guess at least the next person will know now what to do if they switch out a column in a expi.
