F150 front springs

Will F150 front springs fit an Expedition?
I plan on adding a 12000 lb winch and a front receiver hitch to our 2010 EL 4x4.
With the added weight of those items, I was thinking snowplow springs might be in order.
A while back I ran across a thread that someone had posted spring specifications (diameter, rate, etc.). I think it was for the wrong generation.

No they are a different spring rate. You need to get Expedition springs

Not that I know of unless you buy the whole coilover assembly from like icon or some other high dollar company.
