F150 vs expedition lower steering shaft

Getting conflicting info online about the interchangeability between 06 f150 and expedition, the f150 part says it will fit on expedition but the expedition part says it won't fit a f150. Is one just longer than the other or different size splines? I'm looking to put 3" body lift on my 06 navi and I'm wondering how I'm going to extend the steering?

F150 is .07" larger diameter than Expy .93 diameter.
So yes it will fit but it will not fit tight like it would. Expy shaft will not fit F150
