Go to ebay, you can probably find flares specifically for the body of our trucks. That is where I am looking for mine.

Check Xenon. I think that the ones that I bought were just factory blemished ones.

The big issue is that the rear flares have a small piece that goes on the door to complete the look. It would be hard to fab up something similar.

Mine were from an ebay seller. They came unboxed, shipped in only shrink wrap. I suspect that the seller was a Xenon employee who was selling blemished units 'on the side'. I was skeptical because he wouldn't give very much info, but I couldn't pass up the price. Only $150 shipped.

He hasn't listed anything for quite a while.

You absolutely cannot use the rear F150 flares on an expedition. They will overlap the rear doors by about 3 or 4 inches. You can't just cut them, because they are 'hollow'.

I bought my XENONs from Desert Ratt for $200, but when I opened the box I discovered it had been pilfered through. There was an old pair of gloved in the box, the screws were all strewn out but accounted for.

The 6 pcs are still in my garage and I have aspirations of one day sanding\priming\painting them. Then I have to remove each tire to mount them with screws and tape. Fully 40hrs work.

I painted mine with bedliner paint. The total installation time took maybe 4 hours. I didn't have to take the wheels off in order to put the screws in (there are only a couple screws in each flare, the tape is what really holds them on.)
