Hey guys, I searched and came up with some info here and there... still have a few questions:

My drivers side heated/ cooled seats doesn't seem to be working, is this common? Fix?

Can a rear view camera be used with the OEM navi screen?

Would it be better to just get an aftermarket navi unit?

I tried finding info on retro fitted projectors. Has anyone done this? I dont trust the eBay headlights....

Thank you!

I believe one of the members here is in the middle of doing a projector retrofit project on his. dont do ebay lights...EVER! they are junk!

as far as the headunit, i would definitely get an aftermarket. much better options are available.

seats..IDK, but it maybe as simple as fuses or is actually being disconnected

1. heat question...know clue

2. review camera with OEM navi...not a prob if its prewired and you may still be able to get it done with OEM parts...dont know about aftermarket camera

3. i prefer going aftermarket nav unit...i'm "pro-aftermarket" for a lot of stuff...lol...crutchfield.com is having sales/discounts on a lot of stuff for the holiday...they give you all required accessories need (i.e harness, face plates, etc.) with lifetime support as long as you own the equipment...but you can always search the internet for cheaper deals...

4. retro projectors...idk...i pay for the service and the sight has a vendor that does retrofitting...if you know how to do it...i dont know where to go to get them...my retro was done by SICK HIDs...g/l

Thank you for the detailed response! I'll check crutchfield. Can you PM details on your retro fit if you don't mind? What projector/ lenses etc... Thank you!

I had same / similiar problem on my 03 expy. My battery died for a few days and when I replaced battery heated/cooled seat on drivers did not work. Trying to fix it myself I googled it and what I came up with was the heat/cool are controlled by a computer module under the drivers seat that needed to be reset. Unfortunately I couldnt find a way to fix myself so had to pay dealer $100 to hook there comp to it and reset . Now it works great. The only issue I had was the dealer had never encountered that before I had to tell them what i found online and sure enough that was the fix.
Hope this helps ( my first time posting hopefully wasnt too wordy)
