fixed brake lights, now other issues

I fixed the tail lights by cleaning the switch and plug,now a few other issues have risen,none of the components on fuzes 11 and 14 work,such as dome lights, running board lights,wipers front and rear nor the the fluids for either, and power windows. The truck cannot be put in gear.I am a bit frustrated,I have gone through the fuzes and double checked the connections,I even disconnected the battery a few times to try to reset the computer,no luck. does anybody have a clue as to what else I could try. thanx for any info.

What year do you have?

Are the fuses getting power?

Did you try the fuses in the engine compartment ,on drivers side ?
Also try fuse 6 in the Cab fuse box. If your brake lights dont work, it wont let you take it out of gear ,im not sure if its a fuse or a relay.it should be in the engine compartment fuse box..
