Hello everyone,
I have a 2000 XLT with the 5.4 and the only mods thus far are the K&N and a Superchips flash. I am taking the running boards off today. This rig is being redeemed from a kid hauler to my daily driver (and I seem to find the woods most days) I am looking to upgrade my bumpers, lift, elec fans, rims & tires, rock rails, a good rack, and finish it off with sufficient lighting. I have built quite a few rigs in the past, starting with a '64 F100, '87 Samurai (V6 conversion), Discovery (convertible!), 4Runner (302 conversion). I was a Land Rover tech at Denver East LR when I first got out of the service. I 'm disabled Vet, I served in both the AF and the Army, and I wouldn't mind if I never saw a pile of sand again. I am an advocate the 2nd amendment, and the NRA. I'm happy to find a resource like this, and look forward to talking with you guys through my build experience with the Expedition.
