fog lights, bumper mod

Has anyone seen a bumper modification where the fog light opening was cut open to fit a 6” round light like a Hella in the bumper?

I know they have a Valance out there for this but Ive been thinking of making a fiberglass insert to fit in a 6” light.

that would work. what year do you have? im assuming 99-02 with the plastic bottom bumper part. it should work. you can always put the fogs behind the grill.

closest thing I have seen that I was looking into doing was find a lower valance for a 99+ F150 STX model and modify that.... the STX model had the round fog light hole while the other models have the traditional rectangular fogs...
