I've got a 2004 EB Expedition (electronic variable speed blower control)
When the front blower works the way it should, the speed ramps up normally when car is started. Occasionally the motor will not run for up to a minute or so, and when it comes alive it immediately goes to 100% without ramping up.
Blower motor was replaced but it still acts up maybe 10% of the time when the car is started.
Amy ideas?
