Front wheels lock up

1999 ford expedition front wheels lock up while turning and sometimes feel it a little when going straight....changed steering gear box, transfer case, tire rods, and transmission..help please!!!!!!!!!!!

the only other thing is the ball joints

you think it can be the front differential or the hub assembly?

are the wheels locking up as in breaks and skidding or is the steering locking up when you turn the steering wheel?

are both wheels locking up at the same time??

it feel like its locking up when turning, it start to hesitate then I start to feel it slightly when go straight and I hear like a rubbing sound..

oh yeah it feel like its both wheels

The CVs could be bad take it to a shop and have them look at it
