I’m consistently at 15 with tune for 93 and 24inch wheels

Wow, that's terrible. Is the tire diameter the same as stock? If not, this could be odometer error. Or maybe your tuner increases power while sacrificing efficiency? Or maybe your driving habits?

I’ve been averaging about 19mpg on my daily interstate highway commute. Eco mode with cruise set at 69 mph. More topography in my area than is optimal for great mileage. Highest I’ve seen so far was 22 mpg on 2 lane flat road with cruise set at 55 mph. I’ve always run 93 octane and vehicle has 4500 miles so far.

I drive slow and steady. Dropped 2 mpg after my tune. After getting bigger tires/wheels, it just got worse.

This is a round trip from Michigan to Florida and back. Did some driving around while down there and averaged 78 - 82 mph on the highway. A lot of 55 mph while down there, running the air most of the time. Used regular 87 octane fuel and drove mostly in 2H regular mode. Used sport mode a little bit in the mountains.

Very happy with what I'm getting.

We just completed a 700 mile round trip to Kansas City and back last weekend. Mainly Interstate/Turnpike roads, and probably 100 miles around KC. Averaged 16.6 mpg on premium gas. ‘19 Platinum with 4,800 miles on it. We did the same trip in our ‘17 Tahoe a few months before we traded it off and averaged 19. I’m not complaining tho. I cussed the Tahoe the entire trip for the adaptive cruise, the inconsistent speed going through the hills, and the lack of power. Granted the Expy has more power, 10 speed transmission, and the tow package with a lower rear end ratio. It was much more enjoyable to drive, and that’s what I really care about.

Garrett, how you liking that tune? I called 5Star and they quoted me 40 hp and 70 trq gains. I almost pulled the trigger, but wasn't too impressed with those numbers to shell out $700...

Don't forget the increased operating costs. It is, after all, a big SUV.

It’s definitely got more torque and a lively feel! However, the gas mileage has been terrible and I figured I would have seen better Gains.

What sorcery is this? Were you driving downhill, unloaded, on the highway?
Perhaps was being towed behind a motorhome or had a huge tailwind! Best I’ve been able to get is about 20.5 mpg with cruise set at 69 mph.

My 03 Navigator gets about 18-19. Just drive easy. Just got back from a trip in my own 2004 Trailblazer with a 4.2 getting a little over 19 at 62 to 70 all the time.
It seems underpowered and lethargic compared to our 01 Expedition or the Navigator. It will go you just have to give it more gas and let it shift. I prefer our Expedition or the Navigator as you really don't have to give them more gas or just a little bit and they just smoothly move right along.
Not bad they're considering it has 219000 miles and I haven't change the oil in 13,000 miles. I've added about 2 qts but it was way past due for a change. It was fairly dark looking Brown but it was still on the brown side kind of a pukey brown but darker. It wasn't into the black stages yet.
