Guys, I have a 2003 Expy EB 5.4 with a damaged fuse box (fuel relay). Picked up a newer but used with a different part #. Does anybody know if original 2L1T-14A067-AP can be swapped for a 3L1T-14A067-AA?

Thanks Mike, it has a 2014 date code on it with different color relays. I thought Ford may have added some anti-corrosion features since these are in a very vulnerable area

Yeah a little where ground connector is. I'm reading water can be coming down the A-pillar via windshield as well. Wish I could wrap the box in plastic to keep it dry

While you have the fuse box out take a bright flashlight and look up along the side wall to see if you can see a water/rust trail. Do you have a sunroof ? If so, blow the drain out on that too and pour some water into the drain tubes to make sure they are draining properly. Spray some WD40 in the area where you suspect moisture on the sidewall.
