For the reverse lights: At first, I welded some cheap driving lights to the hitch receiver. But I wasn't very happy with that route, and I drilled some holes in the reverse light housing. I put the halogen bulbs in the holes. It works pretty well.

I can't quite remember what you mean by that. I drilled throught the top of the reverse housing straight down, and dropped the bulb down through the hole.

Looks good all blacked out. Some black wheels and you'd be a regular knight rider expedition! Do you have a problem with the grille guard moving side to side at certain speeds?

Yes, the push bumper does move around a bit. Not enough to create an issue though.

As for the black wheels, I have been thought about painting the original steel wheels black. I will have to reconsider it now. :)

Is your brush guard for a 2004? I couldn't find one listed for that model year.

Yes, the push bumper is for the 2004 model year.

I believe that any push bumper from 2003-2006 should fit though.

I like the tow mirrors

What year and model did you get the tow mirrors from?
Was it a direct bolt on or did you have to make any modifications?
Thanks

Where did you find your Ford black and chrome emblem overlays? I can't find them on the bay or google..
Thanks
John

Are those 07+ tail lights?

BTW, you should get some black and chrome emblem overlays to complete the black out theme :)
