Has anyone had their windows roll down in the middle of the night?

This morning my front and back seat windows were down. They were up when I parked in the garage. I did nothing unusual or different than I have for the past 3 months I've owned this 2018 Limited. Does my garage have gremlins?

Sometimes, there are gremlins with the multitude of remote signals bouncing around... mostly with simpler devices like garage door openers, though

Also, an iffy regulator can sometimes be triggered by rain or crap falling on a window in many vehicles. With ALL windows down, though....

Do you have a spare remote key bouncing around in a drawer somewhere or with a low battery?

Or did you, by chance, fall asleep with your keys in your pocket, or walk around a while with em after getting home, but never looked outside or checked the truck before going to bed?

Most vehicles are programmable to have a certain combo of button presses make all the windows go down. Maybe it came that way, or maybe your dealer coded it in for some reason (like showing it off to prospective buyers)

There is some button combo that rolls them down I believe... not sure what it is. It’s happened to me before, usually I end up setting the alarm off instead but only once I’ve gotten my kids to nap and the car parked below their rooms in the garage. Good times.

I’ve done it late in the evening before. Wife and I were watching tv and heard an alarm going off. Listened to it for several minutes getting more and more annoyed. Finally got up to see whose it was. Was very embarrassed.

The second keyfob has been sitting in a drawer untouched for three months so it doing anything nefarious is unlikely. I typically, set my keyfob on the counter when I get home so I don't think buttons were inadvertently pressed. Additionally, I wear loose fitting clothing so I think it's even more unlikely that buttons were pressed even if the fob was in my pocket. I was not aware of this fob roll-down feature so I'll test that and if this occurs again will note if my keys are on the counter or in my pocket.

i have set off the alarm panic button numerous times from the fob hitting just right in the pocket with my small leather pouch for my rosary, i never leave home with out it.
we were at my MILs house the other day and i kept hearing a horn horn horn and walked outside of her apartment...sure enough it was me again

We haven’t had any instances with the windows going down on their own, but our sun roof shade will open on its own. It might go days without doing it, and then you’ll be driving and it will all of a sudden open. Typically it’ll do it shortly after starting the vehicle, but not every time. I haven’t mentioned it to the dealer yet. It’s the only issue we’ve had in the first 5 months/6,500 miles we’ve had it.

Mine just did this all windows down for the third time. Parked outside, random. Only happens at my parents house. I disabled the feature in vehicle settings. Not sure what else to do.

Windows no, but my lift gate opened by itself overnight and opening the garage door in the morning caused a door stiffener to hook on it before stalling out and reversing. Fortunately there was no observable damage done. Ever since then, I make sure that I pull in far enough for the lift gate to open and clear the garage door. And the usual key fob was sitting in its usual place--on a shelf all night, the other fob stored away in a file cabinet.
