What bulbs does it have? Advance lists 9006 and 9007 for the headlights. I'm wanting to replace them all with led. Thanks in advance!

correct. the 1st gen oem headlights call for a 9007 bulb

the midrange priced sylvanya halogens do pretty well in the oe housings if they aren't hazed.

what kind of led lights are you planning on running? I highly doubt the housings will be able to control the light if it's not the original bulb they were designed for.

80 watt led I see on Amazon, they are getting good reviews. I will also get a kit or something to clean the lenses, being original I'm sure they have a haze on them.
With all the night time 2 lane country driving I do I'm wanting more light, and have always heard badly about going hid in a halogen enclosure. Im thinking the led will be in the same position as the filament so glare would be minimal.

always love it when I get that type of reply Who's to blame if you haven't taken the time to download information.

being I gave you the link for the owners manual about 2 weeks ago

9007 is the headlight bulb, 9006 is the fog light bulb if you have fog lights.

I'm not blaming anyone, and I said I have not downloaded the manual yet. So what your issue? Boyfriend not swallow again?

no shots fired I just love it when you give someone information and they are to lazy to look something up but can take the time to come on the forum and ask for information that they could have found if they took the time to look.

I spend a lot of time on this forum TRYING to help people and giving good information But it gets very frustrating when you give that information to someone that can't look thing up after they have the correct information

And I did enjoy your signs of immaturity about boyfriend
You need to grow up a little.
If that made you feel like a man then good for you.

@roxy, having been on multiple forums, when someone doesn't take the advice posted or acknowledge the reply, I just leave the thread. the least we can do for each other is offer our advice on the problem/question and move on, if they like the reply and respond with their results, great, if not and they reply having ignored what was said leave the thread, that's how I deal with it.. I assume most know about the owners manual and continue on from there. in my opinion, something as simple as headlights can be left for others to answer seeing the answer was simply "they come with 9007 from factory", I would expect to see people who know the simple answer to just post that rather than redirect them to the manual. if all that is to be said is to check the manual, then just leave the thread for someone else to pick up. You know enough to be helping with bigger things than posting about the basic owners manual.

don't take out frustration on someone who may not see your past efforts on the site and witnessing the ignorance of some people who would rather not look at a manual.

after all, we are pretty much strangers on the internet talking about some car problems. it's not worth stressing over.

Totally understand I just enjoy it when you lead someone to the correct information and they prove the old adage about leading the horse to water but not being able to make them drink Then they keep asking to be lead again. but in the meantime they go to a parts store and again post on the forum when had they taken the time to lookup up information that was given to them they would have found the answer. That just proves to me how lazy a person they are And you are correct my time is better spent with those that at least try to help themselves
