headlights and turn signals acting up!

Hey evrytim I take my steering wheel all the way down my turn signals and taillights stop working, but if i put it all the way back up they start working again anyone ever have this prob? IF SO WHAT SHOULD I DO?

yes i had that problem with our when we first bought it and it is in the turn signal switch control and it needs to be replaced or you will have the problem tell you do replace it
